B & J EQUIPMENT is pleased to offer Gilbarco –Veeder
Root Dispenser and G-Site training. As a Gilbarco -Veeder Root
Certified Training Partner we are pleased to present the 2007
Training Schedule. Enclosed you will find a complete package
with registration and class preparation instructions, along
with course
descriptions and schedule.
Please note the following items:
- Classes are filled on a “first come, first served” basis.
Please make alternate course choices.
- REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY FAX.

Cancellation Policy: The
technical training department must be notified at least
1 week in advance of
the course to receive a refund of tuition. B&J cannot
be held responsible for penalties incurred by airline ticket
cancellation, hotel reservations or schedule changes.
Course cancellation: If a course is full or postponed, you
will be contacted by the training coordinator.
Recruitment of technicians on B&J Equipment property
is prohibited.
2007 Class Preparation
- DAILY SCHEDULE – Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. each
day and end at 4:00 p.m.
There are no classes on Saturday or Sunday. Homework, including
both reading and
written, will be assigned.
- WHAT TO BRING – Small hand tools per person (pliers,
screwdrivers and a small
3/8” socket set), a volt/ohm meter with the capacity
to measure voltage and current, and
an antistatic wrist strap. Students should also be prepared
to carry home several technical manuals and notebooks.
- EXPENSES – You are responsible for all expenses.(Lunch
will be provided during
the training sessions.)
- RECOMMENDED ATTIRE – We suggest casual attire
that is suitable for sitting
and walking. You are required to wear long pants (no
shorts) and closed-toed shoes that
are not made of plastic, nylon or canvas. This is a safety
requirement.
- HOTEL RESERVATIONS – Make your own hotel reservations.
Call at least
two weeks prior to checking in. Guarantee your room for
late arrival if checking in after
4:00 p.m. On the last day of class, check out of the
hotel before leaving for a class
and take your luggage with you.

- Class enrollment is based on a “first payment received” basis.
- Telephone and faxes are NOT accepted as registration.
- Spaces can not be held if payment is not in house.
- Inquiries for class availability will provide you with
the number of openings for the
specific class on the day of inquiry. This does
not guarantee enrollment if payment is
not received prior to a full class.
- We will contact you when a registration is received
for a full class.
- When a check is received for a full class, we will
immediately authorize a refund check.
- When a student has been registered for a class,
we will forward a confirmation letter to
you by mail. If the class starts in the near
future, it will be faxed to you.
If you think that you should have received
a confirmation for a class and have not,
please contact the Training Coordinator,
at 903-757-4765 as soon as possible.

Notice : It is a Gilbarco requirement that students bring laptops with either wireless Ethernet or hardwire Ethernet connection with them to all classes. Internet access @ the beginning of 2006 will be available in the classroom so students can download class materials, documents, and do the required testing online with Gilbarco.
